EAST UNION TOWNSHIP, SCHUYLKILL COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)— A Schuylkill County man has been sentenced after he killed his son back in September of 2024.
The Schuylkill County District Attorney's Office confirmed that John Gustites was found guilty on charges of 3rd Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, and Simple Assault back in June and was sentenced to a total of 20 to 40 years on August 18.

In September of 2024, Gustites got into an argument with his son leading to him shooting his son.
