(WBRE/WYOU) — The annual Wally Lake Fest at Lake Wallenpaupack kicked off Friday!
The festival brings thousands of people to the lake for a weekend to take in the water with boat shows and scenic tours.

"Fresh air is primary goal. We are always looking for little trinket for the house. My mother-in-law is coming up Monday. We got to make sure its perfect. So we are looking around at what the local vendors have created for us," said David Browning, California.
You can also expect plenty of craft fairs and live music while embracing nature's beauty in the Poconos.
The Wally Lake Fest runs until Sunday night.
