A victim stated that Fisher began to yell "obscenities" and made threats towards those participating in the event, as stated in the release. Fisher then allegedly yelled, "I’m going to get you," while waving a hammer.
Fisher was later found walking on Market Street Bridge, where he was arrested. Police say while in custody, Fisher was "uncooperative, proceeded to defecate and throw fecal matter on the floor and walls of the holding cell" before being transported to Luzerne County Prison.
Fisher faces various charges for the incident at the park and in police headquarters.
