(WBRE/WYOU) — PennDOT announced there will be multiple lane restrictions scheduled in Lackawanna, Luzerne, and Susquehanna counties through September for various projects.
According to PennDOT, the lane restrictions will happen on the following roads:

Interstate 81 north and southbound between Exit 178 (Wilkes Barre/Scranton International Airport) and Exit 185 (President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. Expressway) on Monday, September 8 through Thursday, September 11, and Monday, September 15 through Thursday, September 18, between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. daily to perform shoulder cutting.
Interstate 380 southbound between Exit 13 (Gouldsboro) and Exit 20 (Daleville/Moscow) on Monday, September 8 through September 16, between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily to perform bridge deck repairs.
Route 6 (Casey Highway) between Exit 1 (Marshwood Road/Mount Cobb/Throop) and Exit 2 (Olyphant) on Monday, September 8, to Friday, September 19, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to perform brushing.
Interstate 81 northbound and southbound between Exit 206 (Glenwood/Lenoxville) and Exit 223 (New Milford/Lakeside) on Monday, September 8, through Thursday, September 11, between 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily to perform guiderail repairs.
Interstate 80 eastbound from Exit 242 (Mifflinville/Mainville) and Exit 256 (Nescopeck/Conyngham) on Monday, September 8, through Thursday, September 11, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. to perform roadwork.
PennDOT encourages drivers to take alternate routes when possible to avoid delays.
