BRADFORD COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Officials say a woman will be behind bars for several years after she participated in the sexual assault of an unconscious, pregnant victim.
Bradford County Criminal Court stated 36-year-old Ashley M. Hamm, also known as Ashley Butler, from New York, was sentenced to serve at minimum six years and four months, or 76 months, to at most 15 years in state prison for felony offenses listed below:
Involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of an unconscious person
Criminal intent to commit possession with intent to deliver or manufacture methamphetamine
Bradford County Drug Task Force Detective Michael Lamanna charged Hamm after evidence was discovered of her involvement in producing methamphetamine on Linden Street in Sayre Borough.

Amid the investigation targeting Hamm and Sean Hall, officials say detectives uncovered hundreds of hours of videos of sexual assault involving Hall.
For his part in those crimes, Hall was previously sentenced to at least 98 years up to 200 years.
The release explains that one of the assaults caught on video showed Hamm participating with Hall in "the sexual assault of an unconscious, pregnant woman."
"I am thankful that our Bradford County Drug Task Force uncovered these crimes and successfully investigated them, allowing us to bring Ms. Hamm and Mr. Hall to justice," District Attorney Richard Wilson stated.
