WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Wilkes-Barre has announced the road closures for the Multicultural Parade and Festival on Saturday.
The following roads in Wilkes-Barre will be closed from 11 a.m. until the conclusion of the parade:
South Main Street from South Street to Public Square
Northampton Street from South Franklin Street to South Washington Street
East Market Street from Washington Street to Public Square
North Main Street from Butler Street to Public Square
West Market Street from Franklin Street to Public Square

There will be no parking along the parade route beginning on Friday afternoon. Ticketing will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday, and towing will begin at 11 a.m.
