WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Halloween Spirit is already in the air in Luzerne County. Our first Halloween house of the season is on Blackman Street in Wilkes-Barre.
The home is decked out with lights and animated displays for visitors to enjoy.
