When troopers arrived on-scene, it was determined that Dominik Ketch faked a medical emergency, and was transported to Wayne Memorial Hospital to avoid prosecution.

After interviewing a witness in the grocery section of the store, it was revealed that Ketch stole over $7,800 worth of merchandise across multiple dates at the exact location.

Ketch was charged with retail theft and disorderly conduct.
