Drug bust finds dealer selling in abandoned warehouse, police say

SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Police report a man has been arrested after a drug bust revealed he was selling crystal meth out of an abandoned warehouse.

Lackawanna County District Attorney Brian J. Gallagher says 44-year-old Earl Locklear of Scranton was arrested after a drug trafficking investigation.

Detectives stated Locklear was squatting in an abandoned warehouse in the 300 block of Olive Street in Scranton, where he would handle his drug sales.

A controlled buy was completed for crystal methamphetamine, and Locklear was arrested.

Locklear faces various drug offenses as a result of the investigation.
