JIM THORPE, CARBON COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)— Another sure sign of fall, the changing of the leaves.
You would be hard-pressed to find a more perfect place than the Poconos for leaf peeping.

"As exciting as the weekends are coming up, Jim Thorpe is open seven days a week, and if you're not a crowd person, you don't wanna come on the weekend! You wanna come Monday through Friday! On Thursdays, we have music everywhere, and on Fridays, we have music everywhere. Jim Thorpe is a musical town. So come out! It's always on," exptressed Trish Spillman, treasurer, Jim Thorpe Tourist Association.
The Jim Thorpe Fall Foliage Festival takes place over the first three weekends in October, starting this Saturday and Sunday.
