(WBRE/WYOU) — Crews are working to fix a power outage in Northeastern Pennsylvania that is affecting traffic lights in some areas. 28/22 News found traffic lights out at the intersection of Highland Park Boulevard and Wilkes-Barre Township Boulevard.
