South Franklin Street reopens after closure for new sign

WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Traffic is once again moving after a slow start this morning in downtown Wilkes-Barre. South Franklin Street was closed between West Northampton and West Market streets, while crews hung a new sign for Anzalone and Doyle Trial Lawyers.
