WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Wilkes-Barre police say they made an arrest in a two-year-old homicide. It happened near a housing complex along Coal Street in October of 2023. Police say Kyle Declet was shot multiple times by Omar Reddit. The suspected gunman from Wilkes-Barre now faces homicide charges.
