LUZERNE COUNTY, (WBRE/WYOU) — The Wilkes-Barre Township Police Department says officers arrested a man on Wednesday for passing forged money. Denzel Marlon Thomas, 30, was caught passing fake $10 and $20 bills to add money to a debit card, officials say.
