Couple charged after allegedly sexually assaulting minor

CARBON COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)— A Carbon County couple faces charges after state police say they sexually assaulted a child over the past several years. 38-year-old James Westgate and 40-year-old Deborah Westgate of Allentown are both charged. Troopers say the abuse began in 2020.
