DALLAS TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Drivers in Luzerne County's Back Mountain are being forced to re-route starting on Tuesday. Country Club Road in Dallas Township is closed for two weeks for pipe culvert repairs. There is an alternate route in place, but drivers in the area should still expect delays.
