Man accused of stealing church's stained-glass window

WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A man was arraigned Tuesday after he allegedly stole multiple stained-glass window panes from a Wilkes-Barre church during alcoholics' anonymous (AA) meetings.
