Police locate missing nine-year-old from Lock Haven

LOCK HAVEN, CLINTON COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Police have located a missing nine-year-old girl they were searching for in Clinton County. According to police, the nine-year-old was missing for several hours Thursday. Police say the girl was found Thursday afternoon.
