BERWICK, COLUMBIA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A Berwick man will spend 15 years in federal prison after a child exploitation case. Federal prosecutors say FBI agents found illegal sexual images and videos of children on Vincent Shaffer's phone. Agents searched the 46-year-old's Berwick home before making that discovery. He was sentenced in federal court in Scranton.
