WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The Wilkes-Barre Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a missing child. Rafyel Disla Rodriguez's father reported his son had been missing Sunday morning and has not seen him since, police said. Anyone with information is encouraged by police to call 911 immediately to assist in locating Rodriguez safely.
