PLYMOUTH, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) have determined a Tuesday afternoon fatal fire in Plymouth was the result of arson. PSP said the suspect of the arson on Church Street died in the fire. Luzerne County Coroner Dion Fernandes identified 51-year-old Carmelo Millan as the man killed in the fire.
