SUNBURY — A large portion of the Susquehanna Valley will likely see 1-3 inches of snow Saturday before a changeover to sleet, freezing rain then all rain on Sunday, according to an AccuWeather meterologist.
(WBRE/WYOU) — With the return of arctic air this week, you can expect to see wind chills in the single digits during the day and below 0° at night, until midweek.
Any wintry mix overnight Saturday could change over to rain on Sunday. Winds may pick up Sunday afternoon and will continue through Tuesday.
For Sunday, you can expect mostly cloudy skies with periods of rain. It could be breezy with highs in the upper 40s.
Sunday night could be cloudy, windy, and cold with lows near 20°.

Scattered snow showers and pockets of light snow will overspread the region Wednesday evening.
Any snow accumulations will be on the order of a coating to an inch or two. Then, the snow will change to a wintry mix of sleet and freezing rain. After midnight, the mix will change to mainly rain by early Thursday morning.

(WBRE/WYOU) — There is a Winter Weather Advisory for the entire area from 4:00 p.m. Saturday until 7:00 a.m. Sunday.
Light snow and sleet could be with us through 8:00 p.m. with a wintry mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain will continue through the night.
While most of us may see the change to a mix, parts of northern Pennsylvania could stay all snow.
This mix should quickly end early Sunday morning, likely between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
