WHAT:
Temperatures as low as 34 degrees will result in frost formation.

WHERE:
A portion of central Pennsylvania.

WHEN:
From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Wednesday.

IMPACTS:
Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Cloud cover and light winds could limit the amount of frost on Wednesday morning, but sheltered locations in valleys are most at risk.
