For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 4 AM Saturday to 10 AM EST Sunday. For the Wind Advisory, from 4 AM to 10 PM EST Saturday.
IMPACTS:
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
