Columbia, Northern Lycoming, Schuylkill, Sullivan, and Tioga Counties.

From 2 AM to 9 AM EST Friday.
IMPACTS:
Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous particularly in the higher elevations. The locally hazardous travel conditions could impact the Friday morning commute.

Freezing rain will changeover to plain rain by midday Friday as temperatures climb above 32 degrees.
