Milton chief remembers fallen former Valley firefighter

MONTOURSVILLE — A longtime Valley firefighter, Michael Bastian, 39, who died on Monday, was remembered by his former Milton Fire Department chief, Joe Stroup, as someone who “lived, and breathed the fire service. Throughout his career, he studied the craft of firefighting.”
