HANOVER TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Police are still searching for a suspect involved in an attempted shooting and robbery at Burger King on the San Souci Parkway.
The Hanover Township Police Department is investigating an attempted armed robbery that occurred on February 11 around 6:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Carey Avenue at Burger King on the San Souci Parkway.
Man wanted in connection to Luzerne County stabbing
Police say the suspect took out a firearm, attempted to rob the victim, and at some point, the firearm was discharged. One bullet casing was found on the ground outside the Burger King, officers noted.
No one was injured and the suspect immediately fled the area on foot.
