LUZERNE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) says previously announced ramp closures have been lifted.
PennDOT said the on and off ramps at Exit 6, Luzerne, for Route 309 North and Southbound were closed due to a mine subsidence.
