DRUMS, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Four people were arrested on a blighted property after police say they were wanted on various charges.
Butler Township Police stated the following four people were arrested on Wednesday afternoon, after an investigation was conducted at a blighted property:
John Recklitis, 54, Drums
Ryan Beritcho, 51, is currently homeless
Trista Brotzman, 21, Freeland
Kristopher Lindemuth, 57, is currently homeless

Officers said while patrolling, they saw a known wanted woman, Brotzman, run into a residence in the 170 block of Freedom Road in Drums. When police tried to arrest Brotzman, two other men ran into a small garage and shut the door.
Man wanted on child endangerment charges
Police say Brotzman, who was wanted for resisting arrest and drug-related charges, wasdiscovered hiding on the side of the residence and then arrested.
Investigators soon learned other wanted people were at the property and inside the house.
The release states Beritcho tried to escape out a second-story window, but retreated after seeing officers surround the house. Beritcho was wanted on charges stemming from a robbery. Detectives reported that Lindemuth was found hiding in a crawl space in the basement, and he was wanted in both Luzerne and Carbon counties on DUI offenses.
Recklitis, who is the primary resident of the home, was found to be barricaded inside the garage. He was wanted on drug and firearms charges. As a result of Wednesday’s arrest, Recklitis was also charged with hindering apprehension.
