An 11-year-old and a 13-year-old died from breathing in too much smoke in the house fire along North Welles Avenue last week, according to authorities.

WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Crews responded to a two-alarm fire that damaged a home in Wilkes-Barre. The fire broke out here on Dougher Lane just before 3:00 a.m. Friday morning. Dozens of firefighters were at the scene. It's unclear if anyone was hurt or what caused the fire.
