MIFFLINBURG — A Millmont man accused of illegally filming sexual acts with a 16-year-old girl pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of invasion of privacy in Union County Court.On Friday, Clayton Earl Miller, 23, of State Route 225, Millmont, entered the plea in front of Union County Judge Michael Piecuch. The incident occurred between October and December 2022 in Hartley Township.If the judge accepts the plea agreement, Miller would face 24 months of probation.

LEWISBURG — A Mifflinburg mother accused of sharing her medical marijuana vape pen with her “very hyper and high-strung” 15-year-old son pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count in Union County Court.On Friday, Melissa Ann Wagner, 40, of North Eighth Street, Mifflinburg, pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver in front of Union County Judge Michael Piecuch.The plea agreement, if accepted by the judge, calls for three to six months in jail or house arrest.
