Officers say 37-year-old Adam Basham set off a mortar firework outside Mundy's pub on Cedar Street in Tamaqua on the Fourth of July.

(WBRE/WYOU) — A Luzerne County attorney whose conviction in a deadly DUI crash was overturned may now return to court.
The Carbon County District Attorney has petitioned the Superior Court to reconsider its ruling in the case of 73-year-old Joseph Persico.
