Pa. Supreme Court: Lower court order on undated mail ballots won't apply to general election

HARRISBURG — The Pennsylvania Supreme Court issued a stay Friday sought by Republicans that prevents a lower court’s ruling concerning the constitutionality of requiring hand-dated return envelopes for mail ballots from being applied to Tuesday’s general election.

Fraudulent mail-in ballot applications were found in Monroe County

MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Officials have announced that they have identified 16 fraudulent mail-in ballot request applications.

According to the Office of the District Attorney, there is an ongoing investigation into the authenticity of the Voter Registration and mail-in Ballot Request Applications.

Mike Mancuso District Attorney states to date 27 documents were referred to the District Attorney's Office by the Board of Elections.
