The Children's Advocacy Center (CAC) of northeastern Pennsylvania hosted its annual Pinwheels for Prevention event at Courthouse Square in Downtown Scranton.
The eye-catching display serves as a very solemn reminder that each pinwheel planted on the lawn at the Lackawanna County Courthouse represents a child who has been abused.
