Multiple juveniles charged after healthcare center robbery
SHAMOKIN, NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Police say they have charged multiple juveniles after a health care center was robbed and vandalized.
According to the Shamokin Police Department, on July 3, around 8:00 a.m., officers were called to Community Health Care in the 500 block of West Walnut Street for a burglary report.

Once on the scene, officers said there was damage to the front door, multiple items thrown and damaged around the building, walls were spray-painted, and fire extinguishers were set off inside.

MILTON, NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A man is facing charges after police say he buried a dead newborn in a backyard.
According to the Milton Borough Police Department, an investigation began on July 1 after it was discovered that a dead infant was buried in a backyard at a residence on Center Street in Milton.
Through further investigation, it was learned that 29-year-old Donan Maradiage-Orellana discovered the deceased infant in the closet of a 14-year-old girl who lived at the residence.
