Good samaritan reflects on rescuing man in deadly fire
Troopers were looking for 24-year-old Britney Vandervort who is a patient at Clarks Summit State Hospital and allegedly escaped.
According to state police, Vandervort entered the office to check in for a scheduled medical appointment in Dickson City, and shortly after she fled the premises.
Vandervort has since been found safely.
The 88-year-old, who has chronic lung disease and had part of a lung removed as a young man, had what was just a bad case of bronchitis when he was hospitalized.
