WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — 28/22 News is learning more about Sunday's fatal officer-involved shooting in Luzerne County.
According to the Luzerne County District Attorney Sam Sanguedolce, the victim was armed with a ghost gun.
The DA says police body camera footage clearly shows the victim pointing a gun at the officers.
"I have reviewed the body camera footage myself and it is somewhat shocking and a little bit scary," Sanguedolce said.
