MILTON — James Shaffer, an original abstract artist with Milton roots, is coming home to Milton during this year’s Harvest Festival celebration. James graduated from the Milton High School in 1998. He furthered his education earning a bachelor of arts degree in arts and sciences from Lock Haven University. James has been creating and exhibiting original abstract art since 1998.
