SLOCUM TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — State police are asking for help to find who vandalized a park near Wapwallopen.
The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) say it happened overnight at Slocum Township Memorial Park.
Troopers say someone used a gator utility vehicle or something similar to rip a fence out of the ground.

The vandal or vandals also did donuts on the soccer field, digging up the turf, according to state police.

SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Authorities say police responded to a Scranton neighborhood after a reported stabbing. 28/22 News found police activity on Sunday night on the city's south side.
Officials were dispatched around 7:30 to a home on the 800 block of East Locust Street near South Irving Avenue.

HARVEYS LAKE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Some rain on Sunday didn't stop a fundraiser aimed at raising money and awareness toward fighting a devastating disease.
Dozens of people took part in the Third Annual Ride with the Clown Kid Bike Race at Harvey's Lake.
Bicyclists pedaled more than eight miles around the lake. The event also welcomed runners and walkers for the first time to cover a two-mile course.
All of the proceeds go to the Alzheimer's Association.
