(WBRE/WYOU)— An Eagles-Bucs classic and an Irish showdown bring some intensity to Week 4 of the NFL season.

Join Alaina and Ricky as they discuss Week 6 of the high school football season, where just one of the Top 10 fell, and four teams remain undefeated through the first six weeks.

The Eagles and Steelers both had some highly anticipated matchups against some surprising foes.

The Eagles looked to win against the Buccaneers, whom they had lost to six times in their last seven games, and the Steelers were seeking their first overseas win in their history.

Traffic flowing again on Interstate 81 after canola oil leak

MOOSIC, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Traffic is now flowing again on Interstate 81 Southbound after authorities say crews were cleaning up a canola oil spill in Moosic.

Lackawanna County officials on Monday confirmed 28/22 News crews were called after a tractor-trailer that was leaking canola oil at about 4:30 p.m. Monday.

Authorities say it's unknown at this time what led to the leak, but they don't believe it's the result of a crash.

SHAVERTOWN, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A food truck is rolling into Luzerne County this week, hoping to make a big difference. The meals they sell are helping to keep the Shavertown Fire Department running strong.

Firehouse Concessions set up shop at the fire department as part of their traveling fundraiser.

The group works within a two-hour radius of Waverly, New York, supporting dozens of fire departments along the way.

THROOP, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The Lackawanna County School District is giving back with its Third Annual Children's Produce Market. The school is teaming up with the CEO Weinberg Food Bank to provide food for over 200 families.

28/22 News Reporter Colby Hughes was on hand to see how volunteers are prepping for their first produce market of the school year.

Mid Valley School District's varsity football team helped to fill up the boxes that are now being distributed to families that signed up.
