Adelina's restaurant has been a staple of Mountain Top for years, and after that fire in May, many in the community were devastated.
The Owners say that without the support they've received from that community, none of this would have been possible.

Pittston City Fire Chief Frank Roman said that two people escaped the home during the fire, along with their two cats and a dog.
The fire was put out at about 10:00 p.m. Tuesday, and there are no reported injuries.
