(NEXSTAR) – An unspent casing found while investigating a shooting at a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Dallas on Wednesday had the message "ANTI-ICE" written on it, FBI Director Kash Patel said.
Three people were shot at the ICE facility Wednesday in what officials believed to be a targeted attack. One has died and two were in critical condition at the hospital, the Department of Homeland Security said. The Department mistakenly said two had died before issuing a correction at 2:30 p.m.
All three people hit were detainees, according to DHS.
(WBRE/WYOU) — The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board stated the operator of a casino has been fined $30,000 after it allowed a teenager to gain entry to the gaming floor and gamble.
The incident happened at Valley Forge Casino Resort in November 2024 when a 13-year-old was on the gaming floor for more than six hours and gambling on slot machines, the release states.
The Board also placed 12 people on its various Involuntary Exclusion Lists, including three for leaving minors unattended while gambling in a Pennsylvania casino:
