SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Dinosaurs, dinosaurs and more dinosaurs! Seventh and eighth graders were welding some of these prehistoric predators at the Career Technology Center of Lackawanna County on Thursday as part of the Weld-A-Saurus camp.
The Career Technology Center has been hosting camps like these for eight years. It teaches middle school-aged kids how to weld and introduces them to trade careers with professional equipment.
