LEWISBURG — Joanne Landis will be the featured artist at Gallery 255 at the Public Library for Union County in September.The exhibit is called Women Standing, an exhibition of narrative oil paintings by Joanne Landis. An artist reception will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Sept. 28, where she will discuss her artwork and creative process.A graduate of the Parsons School of Design, Joanne is a native New Yorker whose work explores archetypes, mythology and personal experience through large-scale oil-on-canvas paintings.
