SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A woman has been charged after allegedly using someone else's identity to register them under 55 different vehicles.
Police say Maritza Cruz, 53, who works at a title and tag business in Scranton, registered another woman for 55 vehicles, which resulted in the victim receiving traffic tickets and violations for cars she did not own.
