MILTON — The Milton Police Department is attempting to identify suspects for an investigation into placing a skimming device on a payment terminal within the Borough of Milton. Skimming is when someone puts a device called "a skimmer" on a credit card reading device, such as an ATM, to steal personal credit card information. According to Milton Police, the suspects placed a skimming device on a terminal/point of purchase on Feb. 7 and returned on Feb. 14 to retrieve data from the terminal. The device was located on Feb.
