ATHENS TOWNSHIP, BRADFORD COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Police are investigating a shooting in Bradford County that left one man dead.

Officers responded to a shooting on Vista Drive in Athens Township on Friday around 3:30 p.m., according to Athens Township Police.

Officials say one victim was treated at the scene for injuries. The victim was transported to the hospital, where he passed away due to his wounds. Police have not released the victim's identity at this time.
