Camelbeach officially opens for the summer after delays

TANNERSVILLE, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)— Splashing into summer for another season of fun.

Camelbeach officially opened for its 27th season of fun today.

The resort had to delay its opening twice due to the rain.

Camelbeach claims to be the state's largest outdoor waterpark.

And this year, the resort has added weekly slide racing on its 'rival racer' ride, as well as new, delicious barbecue like its smoked jerk chicken.

From water slides to a dip in the lazy river, there's something for everyone in the family to enjoy.
