1 man dead after alleged wrong-way driver crash on Turnpike

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, LEHIGH COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) say they're investigating a fatal Lehigh County crash on the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

On Sunday, March 30, shortly before 9:10 a.m., Troopers were called to Interstate 476 mile marker 67 in Washington Township, Lehigh County for a reported crash involving a group of motorcycles.

3 sent to hospital after Columbia County crash

BLOOMSBURG, COLUMBIA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Three were sent to the hospital after a Columbia County crash on Saturday.

Authorities say the Bloomsburg Fire Department and Bloomsburg Township Police Department were called to the 900 block of Main Street, or Route 11, in Bloomsburg shortly after 11:30 a.m. after a reported crash.

Bloomsburg Fire Department Chief Scott McBride told 28/22 News crews found a sedan in the Southbound Lane of Route 11 that was trying to pass another vehicle making a turn.

Two hospitalized after Route 11 crash

BERWICK, COLUMBIA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Two people were taken to the hospital after a crash that occurred on Route 11 in Columbia County.

Reliance Fire Company Berwick Rescue Chief Dave Deitrich tells 28/22 News that the call came in around 12:45 p.m. on Route 11 in Berwick.
