HAZLE TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) say a woman is facing charges after a reported stabbing on Tuesday in Hazle Township.
In a release, PSP explains that on Tuesday, troopers were called to Hollywood Boulevard for a reported stabbing.
State police arrived on scene and took the suspect, identified as 24-year-old Hazle Township resident Katlynn Marie Green.
Restoring significant Scranton performing arts center
WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation says lane restrictions are planned for a part of Interstate 81 in Luzerne County.
On Tuesday, PennDOT announced lane restrictions are coming for Interstate 81 North and Southbound mile marker 170 in Wilkes-Barre through Friday, September 5, from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. every day.
PennDOT added that the restrictions are to allow crews to set beams for the Route 115 project.

WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)— A Columbia County man was arrested after two incidents where he was allegedly impersonating a public servant, according to the Wilkes-Barre Police City Police Department.
The release states that police conducted a traffic stop on 45-year-old Shawn Smith of Bloomsburg.
Authorities say that Smith was driving a 2011 Ford Taurus with emergency lighting and "Police Interceptor" labeling.
